We enjoyed our stay at this sunny resort with two teens in tow. The beachside room was a hit, as the calm waters were perfect for swimming. Plus, the water park had great pools and fun activities. The staff were friendly and the food options at the buffet were varied. The availability of fresh fruit was a nice touch!

My kids wished there were more organized activities for families. It would be great if they had better communication about reserved beach beds and faster service in restaurants.

during my stay, I loved how close I was to Cortecito Beach, which was less than a 5-minute walk away, making it perfect for a quick dip or a stroll along the shore, and it only took a short taxi ride to visit the fun Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana, which was a fantastic experience for me.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. The beautiful gardens added a lovely touch, and the food, including delicious porridge, exceeded expectations. However, transportation to the beach and pool could use improvement, as the little train was often overcrowded, leading to long waits. Additionally, the initial room situation was frustrating but improved greatly thanks to the professionalism of the staff, especially Dionnis who assisted with our upgrade.

We loved the kids water park. It's honestly an amazing feature for parents looking for a way to have fun without worrying. The staff were helpful, I mean really they helped set us up with a crib and everything, always checking in to see if we needed anything.

i previously stayed in punta cana and melia exceeded my expectations during this family holiday. the family room beach side was spacious and offered easy access to the beach. the water park was a highlight for my kids, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Check-in was a total mess, with a long wait that stretched past 5:30 PM, leaving us feeling frustrated after a long journey. The buffet experience included some awkward interactions with staff not adhering to dress codes, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, navigating the resort revealed that many facilities felt reserved for loyalty program members, limiting options for regular guests, which might not make everyone feel equally welcomed. Carrying my bags to the room in the heat wasn’t ideal either, especially when not all areas are accessible for guests without specific privileges.

The Level Suite Beachside was a slice of paradise with fine views right from my balcony! Especially my concierge Jose, went above and beyond to. And the spa treatments? Totally rejuvenating. I felt like a new person after my body scrub and massages!

The beach is beautiful with plenty of activities like snorkeling and water sports. Service at the restaurants needs improvement. reservations are a hassle. Overall, a fun family-friendly place but not flawless.

It was just an optimal selection for resting at all in Punta Cana with good price value. The staff helped me after my Uber wouldn't come to the door, which was appreciated. Be ready for long waits at the buffets.
